This is a picture of the ear points showing you where you can access the different parts of the body using pressure, needles or LifeWave patches.
Since the patches are smaller than most of our ears, you might have to aim the placement so you are covering the area of the body you want to affect, such as the back.
As you can see from the picture, the skull/head is the lump towards the bottom of our ear, and the back progresses up the inner rim of the ear to the top area where the feet and hands are.
In the case of pain, I use our IceWave patches, white on the R ear, tan on the L, and hold them there until I get some pain relief. Usually about 10-15 seconds. If I am driving and cant use both hands, I peel back a small amount of the paper on the back and stick it to the ear until I can either place them on the ears or the area of the back where I am having pain.
It also is a nice way to demo for folks new to the patches...to show them how fast they work.
Try it...let me know your experience....
